Last Night’s Dinner.

Although I’m feeling a little under the weather, I threw together a better tasty meal forĀ  B and I last night:

  • Baked Pear Spinach salad with fresh Parmesan {bake cored, halved pears for 25 mins at 400 degrees}
  • Salmon with a brown sugar & mustard glaze {recipe} I baked this instead of grilling….too could out.
  • Sauteed green beans & cherry tomatoes with balsamic vinegary and garlic {recipe}
